The ”Mortgage Retention Team” acts as a key point of contact between the broker and the client.

  • We will act as the last point of contact and will manage your outbound calls and emails to proactively and positively promote renewing their mortgages with you.
  • Our team will recognize your customer’s needs and requirements while focusing on their priorities to ensure they receive the best advice regarding all your Mortgage Broker Products.
  • Our team will provide feedback and reporting to Mortgage Brokers regarding there customer comments to ensure the client experience is positive.
  • Target: MRT” targets start at 70%.
  • Retention team will customize a program built for you; targeting your personal needs and business lines

Program Details

  1. Personally scripted Thank you call: 7 days after closing your client will be called on your behalf to make sure they had a amazing “client experience” also to inform them of all affinity products/discounts and lets not forget we also ask for a referral.
  2. Personally scripted mortgage anniversary call: your clients will receive a call on every mortgage anniversary to make sure there mortgage needs are met and inform them of all affinity products/discounts and lets not forget to ask for a referral.
  3. Personally scripted renewal call. Your clients will receive a call on every mortgage renewal to make sure you retain your clients.
